Dillman Sitler's father was Nathan Sitler.

Nathan was married to Miranda Varner.

Nathan's Father and Mother were Samuel Sitler and Elizabeth Shaffer.

Samuel was the son of Simon Peter Sitler.

Simon Peter was the son of Dietrich (Dietrick) Sitler, Simon Peter moved from Berks County, PA to
Center Township Columbia County,what is now Briar Creek Township, Columbia County, PA (Berwick).

It's reported that Dietrich Sitler arrived in the United States November 2nd, 1744 under the name Dietrich Schattler
at the port of Philadelphia settled in what is now Berks County, PA.

Dietrich Sitler was the son of Baran Mathias VON SIDLER (SITLER). There is a
very long story behhind the Baron and his children.

In the 1890's Baron Mathias Von Sidler's estate was distributed to his descendants.
